Last night, in the second Republican debate, Carly Fiorina said this:
if you want to stump a Democrat, ask them to name a accomplishment of Mrs. Clinton's.Unfortunately, that sort of rhetoric is not limited to the circus stage. We see the same thing quite often here on Daily Kos, like:
Name one thing Hilary ever accomplished (2+ / 0-)andBeyond another speech and a few dead trees spent printing the same. When did she ever create a better classroom, a person insured better, another improvement in the country anywnhere. Where is Hillarys great experience in effect. Name one law she wrote - just one. The problem is she has written none. Not one. All that talk and absolutely Zero accimplishement as a senator. Before that her public experience included serialy botching an attorney General hiring, the health insurance fiasco we are now muddling through with and a stint on Wall Mart's board of Directors. Where is the acomplishemnts you speak of - dead trees with dead words promoting dead acts?
Conventional wisdom is most usualy an oxymoron.

Where she was on Iraq (1+ / 0-)andLast year when she opposed making the poor beleaguered Iraq governmnent think about timetables to accomplish self governance she exhited very poor leadership. It's not the first time. This is a woman who would be the only first President we will ever have. Before you bestow that lasting tribute on Hillary don't you think she should have accomplished one thing in her political carreer ? What would that thing be in Hillary's case? What has she accomplished in her public life to deserve this nomination?

Lol. (0+ / 0-)
...And even since Bill was President -- Where's the experience there? Losing health care in '93? Schip? Really? -- Schip? Do you want to go there? Okay we can. What else? What has Hillary done as Senator? Seriously, set forth Hillary's Senate "accomplishments" because I have no clue what they are.

3 Big Reasons Hillary Clinton Should Never Be PresidentIt goes on forever, but I think you get the flavor.
byTed RallZero Accomplishments. Bad for Women. And She's Dumb.
1. Zero record of accomplishment.
Since 2009 we've seen what happens when we elect a president with charisma but minus a resume: weakness, waffling, national decline. Obama's signature/single accomplishment, the Affordable Care Act, embodies design-by-committee conception and autopilot execution.
Hillary's admirers have conflated her impressive list of jobs with actually having gotten things done. When you scratch the surface, however, it's hard to avoid the conclusion that the woman has done little more than warm a series of comfy leather desk chairs. How has this career politician changed Americans' lives? Not in the least.
So, either people here are hateful propagandists (I hope not), or are merely ignorant and need more information (I hope that's it), so I decided to write a few diaries about Clinton's accomplishments.
The first one, for no particular reason other than it's the first that popped into mind, is the 2012 Israel-Hamas ceasefire.
